5. Suppliers, bookings, and payments
Where the Service connects customers with event suppliers, the agreement for any service is between the customer and the supplier. Suppliers are responsible for their listings, quotations, and the services they deliver. Fees, payment terms, and refunds are shown before you confirm a booking or payment.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add, or remove features. If we make a significant change to these Terms, we will let you know before it takes effect.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, the Service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts of other users or suppliers. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as limitations of liability, continue after your account is closed.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
